\u25b7<\/span>\u00a0this work is done by students in a mid-level computer-aided design course
\n\u25b7<\/span>\u00a0the courses’ emphasis is on design principles and visual communication fundamentals with a concentration on print graphics
\n\u25b7<\/span>\u00a0the class utilizes a variety of projects to introduce the technical aspects of the graphic design field as well as focusing on developing the working methodology necessary for good design
\n\u25b7\u00a0<\/span>serving as an introduction to the fundamentals of identity design, this self-promotional identity project covers\u00a0logo development as well as its application to basic correspondence materials
\n\u25b7<\/span> in addition to design skills,\u00a0it also provides the student an opportunity for self-reflection regarding their goals, aspirations, talents and future direction<\/span>
\n\u25b7\u00a0<\/span>though presented hypothetically, it does offer the opportunity to produce something useful as the student moves forward in their career
\n\u25b7\u00a0<\/span>the final aspect of the project (shown here) is to assemble the mark and correspondence materials onto a presentation board for critique and evaluation<\/p>\n
